**(The DOST-ETV process is the most difficult tests that we have undergone. First, we were required to agree to a test plan that involved several DOST engineers and DOE engineer. It took us nearly three months to finish.  The actual test was scheduled for four days. The fifth day was spent collecting the data for publication.
