'Killing the Internal Combustion Engine'? Before/During Covid19 lockdown pictures
March 31,2020 This is a pix of the pollution in MM, less than 30 days after lockdown; the city became cleaner, the smog was reduced to a point where the skies turned blue. It means only one thing; hundreds/thousands of vehicle owners are cheating on their yearly emissions test. Attn: vehicle emissions centers. And this has been going on for decades. I hope this will not happen again, ever. The first pix is a scene showing the Manila skyline, in contrast with a scene showing blue skies with cumulus clouds above. Thanks to GMA/James Lagasca/Nathaniel Adam Cruz, etc. Wow! *Shhh, the govt (DENR), (LTO) (LTFRB), (DOST), etc.. has turned a blind eye on this matter, sleeping on the job? ; look busy, accomplishing almost nothing. wtf.! Q: Is it safe to say that the Covid19 virus is nature's way of cleaning our planet? esp air pollution?
